Some changes are huge and a new industry appears like the internet, mobile, AI or DevOps. Big technical changes can disruption (Amazon, Uber, Netflix) and suddenly a new market leader appears and destroys the rivals (Netflix → Blockbuster, Amazon → physical stores).
