Good developers love development, work hard and strive to improve. The conundrum for good developers is how do the bad developers do without being found out.

How do cowboy developers not only survive but often thrive?

I see many people wearing developer badges, but doing baffling things a developer would never do.

Just because someone is called a developer, hired as a developer, it doesn’t make them a developer.

Writing code doesn’t make a person a developer. Creating software doesn’t make you a developer.
